“Moved to Rockford a year ago into a new construction home, and finally got around to getting the water softener with Bayes. They are the best you could hope to work with! I heard great things about Bayes through our neighbors all year long, and they were right. Travis came over and talked us through the options and did a water hardness test. Travis took ownership of Bayes a year ago, and it is in good hands. We were able to schedule a time in a couple of days to get a softener installed. Zach did an absolutely amazing job setting it up and explaining it's operation to us! He even figured out how to keep all of our exterior faucets on the hard water, which is great because then we aren't softening the flowers' water. He was super courteous and professional. We will be getting our salt from them too going forward. Thank you so much, guys!”
