“Bayes installed a new water softener system and RO water purifier for us. We received great service and expert installation. The RO system was tricky because we wanted the system in the utility room in the basement with water lines running to the kitchen faucet and fridge above. They found a way to make that happen and we couldn't be happier with the results.”

Chris and the team at Bayes spent countless hours helping guide me through the conditions of our water, and the options available to us. They always were completely transparent, and never once attempted to pressure or oversell me on product or equipment. They clearly and concisely laid out the options, the pros and cons on any additions/ subtractions to equipment and made what would have been a nightmare a breeze to work through. “Moved to Rockford a year ago into a new construction home, and finally got around to getting the water softener with Bayes. They are the best you could hope to work with! I heard great things about Bayes through our neighbors all year long, and they were right. Travis came over and talked us through the options and did a water hardness test. Travis took ownership of Bayes a year ago, and it is in good hands. We were able to schedule a time in a couple of days to get a softener installed. Zach did an absolutely amazing job setting it up and explaining it's operation to us! He even figured out how to keep all of our exterior faucets on the hard water, which is great because then we aren't softening the flowers' water. He was super courteous and professional.
